One of the most anticipated films of the year 'Pathan' is just one day away from the release and just as expected, the hype around it is unreal. Just ahead of the release, superstar Shahrukh Khan took to Twitter and urged his fans to watch the film in theatres and to stand as a soldier against piracy.
He tweeted, "As #Pathaan fights for India, you too can be a soldier for our film industry to fight piracy! Watch #Pathaan from 25th Jan worldwide ONLY in theatres & say NO to PIRACY! The power is in your hands. Notify us at reportpiracy@yashrajfilms.com.”
For the unversed, piracy refers to illegal streaming and download of a movie, tv show or music and it is a huge problem in entertainment business as it causes huge losses to the original creators. 'Pathan' is an all out extravaganza featuring Shahrukh Khan as a spy who goes against the antagonist played by John Abraham. Film also stars actress Deepika Padukone in an action packed avatar.
Post this, Shahrukh will also be seen in Atlee's 'Jawaan' and Rajkumar Hirani's 'Dunki'.
