Shahrukh in troubled waters

King Khan made it big in the film Industry as a top hero. Success came to him in the film production too.
But when it came to cricket, it seems Shahrukh needed some good advice on the business of cricket before he bought Kolkata Knight Riders.
ItÂs only now Badshah of Bollywood is realizing that film production and making money out of cricket are entirely different ball games.
Despite charging only Rs.100 per ticket and promise of King Khan himself handing over the ticket to every 1000th ticket buyer, people of Kolkata have yet not shown any keen interest in coming to the Eden Gardens stadium to see the match.
Shahrukh himself admitting in the Bengali daily Ananda Bazar Patrika that he thought everything will go according to the plans and with the huge publicity already given , he predicted the ticket sales to his teamÂs matches to be very high shows how much the star is shocked about the poor response shown towards his team.
On the first day the total number of tickets sold turned out to be just 237.
SRK also told that he is totally confused on what strategy to adopt to make people come out to fill the seats in Eden Gardens.
Missing out speed machine Shoaib AkhtarÂs service was the first causality that SRKÂs team suffered.
King KhanÂs admission that what he thought about the economics of the newly introduced cricket league and the picture that was presented to him before he took the decision to own a team is entirely different to whatÂs happening now is going to be a hot news for the media to focus on for some days to come.
The King also said himself to be very depressed and disturbed for the last three months because of all worries he has about the Kolkata Knight Riders.
All the other teams except Kolkata Knight Riders getting 120 percent tax exemption from the respective state governments is also giving the megastar sleepless nights.
Well Shahrukh, after all you learn from experiences.
