'Shaandaar' actor Shahid Kapoor is soon to be a proud daddy soon and looks like he is going to get busy in a couple of months. As we all know that, Shahid and his wife Mira Rajput are expecting their first child and media reports say that the due date is in September and Shahid's upcoming film 'Rangoon' hits theatres in October.

According to media reports and a close source, "Rangoon is scheduled for release on October 14. Junior will definitely arrive before that. Mira's date is around mid-September, but as it happens in most cases, the baby could arrive a few days before or after the due date. Mira has started getting cravings for particular kinds of food and he makes sure to indulge her. He has also been accompanying her for visits to the doctor and when they are out, he doesn't let go of her hand or leave her side."

Shahid and Mira were last seen at actress Preity Zinta's wedding reception in Mumbai on May 13. The source also adds to say that, "As of now, fans and viewers just relieved that Mira is blooming through her pregnancy. In fact, Preity Zinta congratulated her on her glow when they were at the reception to wish her and husband Gene Goodenough".

The couple has recently returned from their babymoon in the Maldives. Shahid and Mira got married in July last year. There are no reports whether the baby will be born in Mumbai or Delhi, which is Mira's hometown.
