Of late news had been that Vishal Bhardwaj is going to start shooting of his next film, 'Rangoon', with Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor in Arunachal Pradesh. While it was said that they will start the work in November, Shahid is expected to join the team in December.

Sharing about this, Shahid clarified that he is not going to start shooting only from December and not in November as speculated. These days, the actor is actively promoting his upcoming film 'Shaandaar', along with co-star Alia Bhatt. What is catching everyone's attention is Shahid's thick beard look... And this, he is sporting for 'Rangoon', he claimed in an interview.

Shahid also revealed that it was Vishal Bhardwaj's idea to keep beard. "I do what he (Vishal) says, I don't discuss much with him. He has always given me good looks in his films," quoted Shahid, who earlier had worked with the director in 'Haider' and 'Kaminey'.
