Shahid Kapoor Disconnected

It's a known fact that these days, Shahid Kapoor has been busy with the shooting of Abhishek Chaubey's 'Udta Punjab'.

Being a tough role the actor has been putting all his muscle behind the film. Shahid has been doing script readings and has been working on the physique required for the role since more than a month.

Now that he is shooting Shahid has been working on the film on and off set, dedicating almost 12-14 hours of his day preparing and shooting. In fact, Shahid immersed himself so much in to work, that he has been keeping his cell phone at bay or even switched off for most part of the day.

Our sources revealed that it is an intense character Shahid will be seen essaying in 'Udta Punjab' and so he has been trying to give it his all.

Incidentally, 'Udta Punjab' also stars Alia Bhatt opposite Shahid, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh.
