Shahid Kapoor back on 'Rangoon' set after injury

'Shaandaar' star Shahid Kapoor is currently working hard for Vishal Bhardwaj's next 'Rangoon'. It was recently heard that while shooting for an action sequence the actor hurt himself on the sets of the movie. So he had to take rest and resume work only when he gets better. Seems like the star, joined work soon in a week's time. He tweeted to his fans with a picture saying, "Morning all. #rangoon on set," with a stubble look from the film.

Shahid will be sharing screen space for the first time with Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut in the period drama. In the movie 'Rangoon', he plays a soldier in a love story set against the backdrop of the World War II. The movie is Shahid's third on-screen outing with Vishal after 2009's 'Kaminey' and last year's 'Haider', both of which are considered to be the actor's career-defining movies.
