Shahid Kapoor attends staff's Iftaar Party

With Ramadan going on, festivity definitely seems to be in the air, and looks like Shahid Kapoor is in the mood to celebrate. We heard that recently the handsome star joined his staff, driver and film crew for Iftar party on the last day of the shoot of his next ÂPhata Poster Nikhla Hero (PPNH) (on Monday, July 29).
Confirming this, a source close to the actor revealed, This time around, while Shahid was shooting for his upcoming film PPNH, he joined the entire crew at the iftari on the last day of the shoot. Usually, each year Shahid attends an iftari with his staff members. One of ShahidÂs employees, fondly called Maamu, and his driver are Muslims and they have been with him from the start of his career.a
It is also a known fact that the star is half-Muslim. ShahidÂs mom is Muslim and so the tradition is a very special affair for the actor since childhood.
Added the source, This was his first iftari of 2013 and Shahid was extremely happy that everyone got together on the last day of the shoot.
