Director Vikas Bahl`s next film Shaandaar` went on floors recently in Leeds, UK with first time Jodi - Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

While indeed Shahid and Alia turn out to be a fresh on-screen pair, the two actors really compliment well each other. Shooting for the film, they really look Shaandaar` together, don`t they???

Bannered under Karan Johar`s Dharma Productions and Phantom Films, Shaandar` is touted to be India's first destination wedding film. Shahid and Alia are said to be insomniacs in the film, who fall in love in due course of long nights of the wedding.

According to sources, the film`s UK schedule is expected to go on till November.

Meanwhile, Shahid also has 'Haider' promotion on hand and after wrapping up the UK shoot will come down for the film's release on 2nd October.
