Actor Shah Rukh Khan's visit to the Lilavati Hospital here to meet Amitabh Bachchan quashes rumors of differences between the two stars regarding the box office performances of their latest films.

The first thing Shah Rukh did after flying back from New York after shooting for Karan Johar's "Kabhi Alvidaa Na Kehna" was to call on Bachchan Friday.

Now Bachchan has started to receive select guests in his room. The actor spent more than more than an hour with Shah Rukh - laughing and joking.

Talking about the reports of differences between the two, a mutual friend of the two says: "Differences? Not at all! In fact Shah Rukh has been keeping close tabs on Bachchan's health from New York.

"He was in a hurry to return so he could personally visit Bachchan as soon as possible. Shah Rukh was very sweet. He had come in a relaxed mood - he has no shooting until January and he was with both the senior and junior Bachchan (Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan) for quite a while.

"It was obvious he sees neither the senior nor junior Bachchan as rivals but respects and loves the whole family. In fact Jayaji is extremely fond of Shah Rukh."

Karan Johar is still in New York. He's expected to be back in January.
