Shah Rukh Khan: I am a Doctor all over again!

The 49-year-old superstar Shah Rukh Khan was overjoyed when he was honoured a doctor all over again. He received the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa from the University Chancellor HRH The Princess Royal in Edinburgh, where he had to deliver a lecture to students.

King Khan was awarded the degree for his great contribution towards the entertainment world and his records in philanthropy, altruism and humanitarianism. His lecture on Life is the only miracle' made everyone glued to their seat and with smiles on their faces throughout.

After receiving the award he said, "It is the happiest moment for me to be honoured by the University of Edinburgh and also to have the opportunity to address one of the most esteemed educational institutions in the world".

Shah Rukh Khan has earlier received an honorary doctorate degree in arts and culture from Britain's University of Bedfordshire, this is his second honorary doctorate.
