Shabana has signed a yet another crossover film. She was recently seen flaunting her new hairstyle for the film. It is titled The Contest.

A newcomer Manish Acharya will direct the film. Shabana plays a flighty socialite in it. Manish is a graduate from NYU. He is known to be very talented and knowledgeable as far as films are concerned.

The film was offered to her through Ayesha Dharker. Manish quit his lofty paid job to get into full time film making for which his wife supported him and he completed his course from NYU. Other details of the film will come in due time.
