Shaam walks out of his next

Following a tiff with the director, Shaam has walked out of his upcoming film 'Kaalakoothu'. "Shaam was upset with the sudden changes made to his look and character. Hence, he opted out of the movie," sources said.

The film, directed by Nagarajan, had Shaam and Kalaiarasan of 'Madras' fame in key roles. Shooting got a kickstart in Madurai recently. Following Shaam's exit, hunt is on for another hero.

Shaam, who won good name for his performance in S P Jhananthan's recent venture 'Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai', is currently busy with A M R Ramesh's 'Oru Melliya Kodu' and other movies.
