The new movie from senior director Joshiy 'Sevenes' was originally planned to be on theatres by the 31st of August. But due to the delay in post production works, the movie could not be completed in the said date. Now 'Sevenes' distributed by Mammootty's Playhouse will get to theatres on the 8th of this month, corresponding to Onam festival. The movie featuring a bunch of youngsters including Kunchakko Boban, Nivin Poly, Asif Ali, Amir Niyas, Bhama, Reema Kallingal and Co is a thriller told in the backdrop of a sevens foot ball team.
Interestingly, the movie will not be written as 'Sevens' but will have an extra 'e' in its title, as per the suggestions of some numerologist. Coming from Iqbal Kuttippuram, the writer of many super hits like '4 the people', and 'Arabikkatha', 'Sevenes' is also likely to end up as a hit of the season.
