It seems like the season of weddings in Kollywood. Following Shamitha and Meena, is another heroine-turned-small screen actress Abitha’s wedding.

Many remember Abitha as the demure girl who played Vikram’s lover in the manic love story, 'Sethu'. The film brought to the industry two men with great talent, Vikram and director Bala. But ably supporting Vikram in the film through her performance was Abitha.

Despite not making it big in films, the actress found herself a role in the small screen, and has been part of many soaps like ‘Thirumathi Selvam’, ‘Thangamana Purushan’ and so on.

Abitha is getting married on May 25 in St Mary’s Church, Pachira, Kottayam. The actress is getting married to T Geroge, a chief accountant in a chemical company in Kottayam. This is an arranged marriage and the actress is busy making plans for her wedding. The homely actress reiterates that she will continue acting after marriage as well.

IndiaGlitz wishes Abi and Geroge a happy married life.
