Indian cricketers may have lost to Pakistan in the Karachi Test. That would have been certainly disappointment for the fans.

But there won't be any disappointment for anyone following the cricket match that is being played today. For, the winner would be the game and the unsung workers in the film industry of Telugu and Tamil.

The match we are talking about is the one between Telugu stars and Tamil stars at the historic MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai (a ground that has been witness to many a momentous cash).

This day and night affair will pit Telugu actors like Tarun, Srikanth against a Tamil team led by Abbas. The teams would be fighting it out for the NTR-MGR Memorial Trophy which has been renamed as "Arokya Cup".

It is not going to be a mere slap-and-dash cricket. Players of each team have taken their game so seriously that they have practiced hard over the last few days. So stay tuned for some high-voltage action.

The proceeds of this match would be used for the welfare of the industry hands.

Elsewhere, staying with cricket and films, Venkatesh and perhaps a couple of others from the industry may travel to Pakistan to watch India play Pakistan in the one-dayers.
