Tamil serial actress and boyfriend arrested for planning husband’s murder

Ramesh who belongs to Nallagoundan Palayam next to Pollachi lodged a complaint at the Taluk office that there was a murder attempt on him.  He stated that he and his wife Ramya were travelling in a two wheeler when a mysterious person’s vehicle crashed into his bike and when he fell to the ground the person cut his throat with an axa blade.

The police started investigating and learnt that Ramesh was married for the past five years to Ramya and the couple have two children.  Ramya had ambitions of becoming an actress which Ramesh did not like and they often had disagreements and separated a few months back.

Ramya had then pursued her acting career and appeared in bit roles in the serials ‘Sundari’ and ‘Kannedhirey Thondrinaal’.   Ramya had then become friendly with fellow actor Daniel aka Chandrasekhar.  The cops while investigating found that Ramya’s statements were confusing and they checked her mobile phone.  It was then found that it was she who had plotted to murder her husband and planned the accident with  Chandrasekhar who then used the axa blade on Ramesh and escaped.

It was also revealed in the investigation that Chandrasekhar tried to buy Ramesh’s house worth rupees ten lakhs for a much lesser amount but he refused.  This was also a reason for him and Ramya to plan to finish him off and takeover the house.

Subsequently, the police registered a case of attempted murder against Ramya and Daniel, arrested them and produced them in court and lodged them in the Coimbatore Central Jail. The arrest of the supporting actress in the case of plotting to kill her husband has created a sensation in the television industry.
