Serial actor arrested for attacking woman and stealing bag!

A TV serial actor has been arrested in Mumbai after he attacked an actress and tried to escape after stealing her handbag. The actor was identified as Punith Singh, who has also directed a movie.

Actress Aruna Nair was reportedly walking in a road with her daughter and another woman when a biker followed her and suddenly pulled Aruna's handbag, pushing her down and escaping with her handbag.

People who were watching the incident chased the biker and caught him and handed him over to Manikpur police where he revealed his identity as actor and director Punith Singh. He has acted in several crime serials.
