Come Sept 8, five films are going to be in the BO race. Interestingly, four of them belong to different classes of the thriller genre.

One of them, 'Meda Meeda Abbayi', is a remake. Another one, 'Hey Pillagada', is a dubbed film. 'Veedevadu' is a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual.

1. Naga Chaitanya's 'Yuddham Sharanam': Actioner, crime thriller

2. Allari Naresh's 'Meda Meeda Abbayi': Romantic thriller

3. Manchu Manoj's 'Okkadu Migaladu': Social drama, actioner

4. 'Veedevadu', starring Sachiin Joshi and Esha Gupta, which is a crime mystery thriller.

5. Dulquer Salman-Sai Pallavi's 'Hey Pillagada': Action thriller
