Pokiri completes 50 days today in several centers across the State.
That is no surprise as this Mahesh Babu starrer has been classified a blockbuster.
But what is the real surprise is the film's phenomenal show in Chennai (which though has a considerable Telugu population).
The movie has raked in the moolah like no other Telugu film before. It is a certain hit in Chennai.
It seems Mahesh Babu has struck a very beautiful relationship with Chennai.
The young star seems pretty sentimental about the place.
A major part of Pokiri was shot in Chennai (at the Binny Mills).
Now Mahesh, who is fully into Sainikudu, is shooting in Chennai again.
Mahesh has some strong connection with the city on a personal level too. His brother-in-law Jai has a big business empire there.
So Mahesh seems to be continuing his love affair with the city.
