There is a speculation that the audio release function of Sardaar Gabbar Singh will be held in Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. If this is true, this will be Pawan Kalyan's first film since Panjaa whose audio function will be held in the same stadium. The other two venues under consideration are the Nizam Grounds and the Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium.

The other big-ticket films whose audio release function was held in this stadium are Chirutha, Akhil, and Bruce Lee. While Panjaa and Chirutha were average grossers, Akhil and Bruce Lee bombed at the Box Office.

In an industry where sentiments matter most (at times), the choice of the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium for SGS is quite surprising. It looks like Pawan Kalyan, who doesn't believe in omens and all, and who believes only in hardwork, is not bothered about such things. The only criterion seems to be that of convenience.

It has to be seen as to which venue the makers will choose for the March 18 event.
