Rumours, informed or otherwise, haven't stopped hogging the limelight with respect to 'Katamarayudu'. A day after Pawan Kalyan started to shoot for this faction-love story, Film Nagar grapevine is reportedly having a field day about the movie's origins.

The latest one, as reported by sections of mainstream media, is very curious. It's that the movie is not a straight one but a loose adaptation of a Kollywood blockbuster. The film in question is Ajith-starrer 'Veeram', the 2014 box office scorcher.

Remember that a remake of 'Veeram' was said to follow 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' way back in January itself. It's another matter that a remake of 'Vedhalam' and a spiritual sequel to 'Khushi' came to be rumoured about later on.

Let's see if 'Katamarayudu' is a straight one or a remake.
