Priyadarshi Pulikonda, better known as just Priyadarshi after the recent release Pelli Choopulu, has been getting unmixed praise from all quarters. The way he delivers the line 'Naa savu nenu sattha, neekenduku?' has had the audiences rooting for him. His accent, body language and facial expression have been given a thumbs-up.

The actor awaits the release of eight movies, among them Rana Daggubati's Ghazi. Much as he has shot to fame with a comedian's role, Priyadarshi doesn't want to end up as a comedian. As someone hating monotony, he wants to show versatility as an actor. "Although I haven't been offered any since the release of Pelli Choopulu, I am looking forward to explore roles even in Tamil," the actor has been quoted as saying.

In an interview, Priyadarshi has revealed that it was after watching Sagara Sangamam (when he was 7) that he made up his mind to become an actor. A fan of Kamal Haasan and Megastar Chiranjeevi, the talented actor learns by observing people and talking with them. Brought up in Hyderabad, he was groomed by the famous trainer Aruna Bikshu, under whose tutelage Priyadarshi un-learnt and re-learnt many things.
