Ponniyin Selvan 2 is one of the most awaited Tamil films of the year and the star cast is busy promoting the film across the country. The movie team flew to Kochi yesterday for the PS-2 special event. Vikram, Trisha, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Sobhitha Dhulipala interacted with the fans during the function.

The hot news is that Chiyaan Vikram met sensational Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas while he was in his home state. Tovino took to his social media and wrote a note about his fanboy moment with Vikram and shared some images of them. The photographs are now doing rounds on the internet. Fans are going gaga over the duo and writing, "Aditha Karikalan meets Minnal Murali."

Meanwhile, Chiyaan Vikram rocked the PS-2 event at Kochi by playing the Chenda Melam again as he did in the PS-1 promotions. Ponniyin Selvan 2 is coming to cinemas on April 28. The crew will be next moving to Hyderabad and Mumbai and the promotional tour across locations in India has worked well as the film has been in the headlines regularly.
