Senior IPS officer meets with accident on ORR , Hyderabad

VV Srinivas, a senior IPS officer who has been the head of the Telangana Police Academy, on Wednesday night met with a road accident on Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road.

As per an ANI report, the cop suffered injuries in the accident and was immediately rushed to Gacchibowli's Care Hospital.

"The accident took place after the officer's car met turned turtle on the outer ring road outskirts of Hyderabad," reports have quoted the police department as saying.

VV Srinivas was returning from the police academy when the incident happened. His condition is stable in the hospital.
