Selvaraghavan teaming up with Thalapathy Vijay but in an unexpected way?

For close to a decade and a half fans of both Thalapathy Vijay and director Selvaraghavan have been waiting for them to create magic on screen together.  There have been a few near misses in the past and most recently Ilaya Thilagam Prabhu reportedly tried to unite the duo for a project under his banner Sivaji Productions but for some reason, it did not materialize. 

Vijay then opted for ‘Sarkar’ directed by A.R. Murugadoss and Selva helmed the acclaimed ‘NGK’ with Suriya.  Now the hot buzz that is gaining momentum in Kollywood is that Selvaraghavan is on the verge of working with Vijay but with a twist.

It is reported that director Nelson Dilipkumar has initiated talks with Selvaraghavan to star as one other antagonist of ‘Thalapathy 65’ and the official announcement will come once things are finalized.

Selvaraghavan is making his debut in front of the camera in the upcoming ‘Saani Kaayitham’ directed by Arun Matheswaran in which Keerthy Suresh is the leading lady.  His acting is said to be kickass and has had the crew dumbstruck.  If he decides to get on board ‘Thalapathy 65’ then it’s going to be a major treat for fans to watch him take on Vijay on-screen and vice versa.  Let’s wait for the official word.
