Acclaimed director Selvaraghavan has completed work on his horror flick 'Nenjam Marappathillai'. The songs composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja are already topping the charts. The film is expected to hit the screens anytime in December.

A few months ago it was announced that Selva's next will have comedian turned hero Santhanam as the male lead. Now it has been confirmed that the film will go on floors on Thursday (December 1) almost six months after the initial announcement.

As revealed by Selva in a Twitter interaction with fans, this will not be a comedy. Instead it will be a love story of a boy next door on the lines of '7G Rainbow Colony'

Santhanam is presently shooting for 'Odi Odi Uzhaikkanum' with Amyra Dastur of 'Aneghan' fame. He will start shooting for Selva film from this week.

Yuvan Shankar Raja will be rendering the music score for this film. The female lead is yet to be finalized.
