Selvaraghavan resumes work on next (past) film

Director Selvaraghavan is one of the most-noted and daring directors in Tamil cinema going for themes that are both bold and adventurous. After his last 'Irandam Ulagam', there has been news surfacing on numerous news sites about Selva reuniting with Dhanush for a 'Pudhupettai' sequel.
We here at IndiaGlitz have just learnt that Selvaraghavan is indeed currently working on a past project, except it's not the assumed 'Pudhupettai' sequel. The movie in discussion here is Selvaraghavan's once dropped 'Maalai Neratthu Mayakkam' which had Dhanush and Andrea as the lead pair.
Apparently, 'Maalai Neratthu Mayakkam' has resumed shoot here in Chennai and the film has editor Kola Bhaskar's son making his debut as the hero. No details have been received as to who is playing the heroine in this movie as of now.
A notable aspect in all Selvaraghavan films has been his keen sense on cinematography. 'Maalai Neratthu Mayakkam' is said to have cinematographer Ramji's associate handling the camera.
