Selva’s IU is the talk of the town, with the posters creating buzzes and hoopla’s all around. The director at a recent media interaction revealed a couple of things about the movie, his life and upcoming stories. IU as we hear will be a mystical movie with a lot of elements never heard or seen before, and for a director who adores experimentation this will be his first as well. IU also is a whooping budgeted movie, so the amount of fantasy in it will magnify with the VFX, special effects etc.

Also when quipped about why so many of his earlier projects with Kamal, Dhanush, Vikram etc was shelved midway, the director retorted that, it involves a lot of guts to go out and be honest and a good film will come out only with good elements, else there is no other go, other than to drop it. He also said that he has no problems whatsoever with Yuvan, and the both still continue on good terms. His next movie might be with his brother Dhanush or even with Telugu star Rana, but as of now his concentration is only on IU.
