Beginning her second innings with Heroine (Oru Nadigayin Vakku Moolam), is Sonia Agarwal, the girl who hogged the limelight with her film, 7/G Brindavan Colony. Making a comeback after a long sabbatical (she bid adieu to films after she married Selva Raghavan; the couple got divorced recently), she is upbeat about her film.

The film is directed by Raj Krishna. It chronicles the lives of heroines who are into films. Without making reference to anyone's life in particular, the film captures the lives of stars. Says Sonia, "I could not have asked for a better film to begin my second innings. I am very happy for doing this film."

The talented actress, whose best performance till date is regarded in the film Kaadhal Kondein, acted in many Tamil films after 7/G. In the new film slated to release in the New Year, the actress is expected to make a roaring comeback.
