The Kannada film actress Mythrie case on cheating and atrocity against Union Railway Minister DV Sadananda Gowda son Karthik Gowda is taking different turn.

The 8th ACMM court on Thursday ordered for search warrant on Karthik Gowda. RT Nagar Police station received complaint on this ground and served notice to Karthik Gowda to appear twice. He did not turn up and mobile was also not connecting. On these grounds RT Nagara police approached the court. On hearing the case the court ordered for search warrant.

Meanwhile Karthik Gowda lawyer has filed for a bail at the 36th civil court and it is taken up today (Friday 5th September 2014). The public prosecutor has argued for no bail to Karthik Gowda on the serious charges. The lawyer arguing in the case for Karthik Gowda has supported his argument with documents that says all charges of Mythrie Gowda are false. There is no evidence for the Atyachar` says lawyer BV Acharya.

On the court order for search of Karthik Gowda the additional commissioner of Bangalore Police Alok Kumar has formed a team.
