The entire scripting works for the next two films of Mammootty and Mohanlal have been completed. The next two films of Mammootty after 'Prajapathi' are Bhargavacharitham Anjam Ghattam and Pothem Vaava.

Mammooty will immediately join the sets of Bhargavacharitam, which is scripted by Sreenivasan, as the film is slated for Onam. The other film Pothem Vaava, to be directed by Joshy is also supposed to be a better script with strong characters. The film which bring together Joshy with Mammootty after a gap of a decade also introduces Usha Uthup, the famous desipop singer into celluloid.

Mohanlal will join the film of Ranjan Pramad, soon after completing Keerthichakra. After this film Mohanlal will start his next with Anvar Rasheed - the director of the megahit, Raajamanikyam., which will possibly be a Christmas release.
