Ace director Sathyan Anthikkad has started shooting for his new Jayaram starrer. The director, who had created his last hit with Jayaram in ‘Manassikare’ five years ago, is back with the actor. Jayaram is fresh from the glorious success of his recent film ''Veruthe Oru Bharya'' directed by Akku Akbar.

The new film which is produced by Kalasangham will feature Kaniha as the heroine. The movie will also feature young actor Narain in an important role. Sathyan regulars like Innocent and Mamukoya will also become the part of this untitled movie which set in the backdrop of Kuttanad. And as usual with every other Sathyan movie of the last few years, maestro Illayaraja is the music director. He has already recorded the four songs for the film.
