Vasanth's Sathumpodaathay starring Prithviraj and Padmapriya is complete and is all set for an early release.

The latest buzz doing rounds is that the movie would be dubbed in Malayalam and released in Kerala simultaneously.

With both Padmapriya and Prithviraj reigning supreme in Malayalam film industry, it was obvious that Sathumpodaathay is getting ready for a Malayalam version.

Divya Pictures, who had distributed several Tamil films in Kerala, have snapped the dubbing rights for the movie.

A romantic entertainer which is set to tunes by Yuvanshankar Raja, Sathumpodaathay is one of the eagerly awaited movies in Kollywood.

According to Vasanth, “The movie has a good storyline and strong performance from the lead artistes. Amidst regular cinemas, Sathumpodaathay will be totally different but certainly entertaining”.
