Cricketer Harbhajan Singh has started acting in Tamil movies, and after acting in the Santhanam movie Dikkiloona which was completed recently, Harbhajan is playing the hero for the first time in the movie Friendship which is directed by JPR and Sham Surya.

The movie also has comedian Sathish playing an important role, and the actor has now shared a video, where he plays a comedy scene from Ethirneechal where he refers the slap incident involving Harbhajan Singh and Sreesanth, and both Harbhajan and Sathish have a hearty laugh seeing it.

Friendship has Bigg Boss 3 contestant Losliya playing the female lead and also stars Arjun in an important role. Producer JSK Sathish also is acting in a small role in this movie. JPR and Sham Surya have previously directed Agni Devi with Bobby Simha and Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2.
