The recent demise of producer Ashok Kumar has put the film fraternity in a state of shock. The police have formed three separate team to nab the financier Anbu chezhiyan who has absconded.

Actor Sasikumar who is a close relative visited the Valasaravakkam police station following a statement from the police that his cooperation is lagging.  Speaking to presspersons thereafter, he stated that still a lot more will come with complaints on Anbuchezhian. "I have said all information I know to the police. Even many more will come up with complaints about Anbuchezhian. It is one's own wish to say comments in support of Anbuchezhian," he said.

In addition to this, the police have amped up the search by forming three separate teams to nab Anbu and putting out a 'look out' notice in airports so that Anbuchezhian has no way of escaping bt flying abroad.
