Sasikumar to team up with a renowned Bollywood director for his next? – Hot buzz

Sasikumar is a highly acclaimed director, actor and producer in the film industry. He hasn’t made any movies since 2010 and turned into a full-time actor due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, reports broke out last year that he is set to make his directorial comeback soon.

Now, the hot news is that Sasikumar will be directing a new movie after 13 years which will have the renowned Bollywood director and actor Anurag Kashyap in the lead role. As per the reports, the film is set in a vintage period backdrop. The pre-productions work has already started and the shooting will commence in June.

It is worth mentioning that Sasikumar was said to make his directorial comeback with the on-screen adaptation of the controversial novel, ‘Kuttra Parambarai’. Reportedly, the project was a web series starring Captain Vijayakanth’s son Shanmuga Pandian in a key role. There is no news on whether these two projects are the same or different.
