Actor-director Sasikumar will be seen in a new thriller drama directed by Sathyasiva of 'Kazhugu' fame. Pandian Parasuram of Vijayaganapathy’s Pictures is producing this project featuring Sasikumar and Lijo Mol Jose as the lead characters. The shooting of this film kicked off earlier and is progressing at a brisk pace.

The movie is said to be an edge-of-seat thriller based on a real-life event that happened in the 90s. The title will be officially announced by the makers soon. The crew is working diligently to produce a realistic product because the plot is set in the 1990s. To give viewers an accurate sense of the 1990s, a grand set has been built in Chennai's East Coast Road.

Sasikumar will be seen as a never-seen-before character while Lijo Mol Jose, who captured our interest with a stupendous performance in Jai Bhim, is playing the female lead character. Bollywood’s most promising actor Sudev Nair will be seen as the antagonist in this film. The upcoming movie has an ensemble star cast of Paruthiveeran Saravanan, KGF Malavika, Bose Venkat, Mu Ramasamy, Ramesh Khanna & many others.

This untitled movie is made in grandeur and is currently shot in and around the exotic locales of Chennai. The official announcement on the film’s teaser, trailer, and audio launch will be out soon. The technical team comprises Ghibran as the music director, NS Udhayakumar as the DOP and Srikanth NB as the editor.
