Filmmaker turned actor Sasikumar never failed to encourage the distinctive attempts by the new-gen directors in Kollywood. Now, the promising hero has come up with another spine-tingling project that marks his 21st film. He is joining with director Sathyasiva of Kazhugu, Sivappu, and Kazhugu 2 fame for his next.

The makers unveiled the title and teaser of the upcoming film titled 'Common Man,' yesterday. The blood smearing teaser was packed with a powerful dialogue uttered by Sasikumar, "I'm just a common man. But not a stupid f**king common man!" The actor was seen in a new avatar sporting a posh urban look with smart spectacles. Ghibran's BGM adds a more gut-wrenching feel.

Haripriya plays Sasikumar’s romantic interest in Common Man and Vikranth also plays a pivotal role. Produced by TD Rajah and Sanjay Kumar’s Chendur Films, Raja Bhattacharjee is taking care of the visuals. NB Srikanth is taking care of the cuts and the team is planning to complete the shoot in one go.
