When music beats becomes Oxygen - 'Sarvam Thaala Mayam' teaser review
Send us your feedback to audioarticles@vaarta.com
The teaser of 'Sarvam Thaala Mayam' has just been released and filmmaker Rajeev Menon gives a clear picture of what the story is through the cuts. GVP plays Peter Johnson the son of a musical instruments repairman for whom the rhythmic beat is oxygen. The screenplay is apparently about whether the dreams of this ordinary slum dweller to become the number one rhythm player in the world is achieved or not.
The first thing that hooks one to the teaser of 'Sarvam Thaala Mayam' is Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman's use of various skin instruments to create beats that exist in the mind of the protagonist. Next is the amazing transformation from GVP to nail the character of a slum dweller with an impossible dream. Director Rajeev Menon is returning to the director's chair after nineteen years and judging from the realistic images he sure has a winner in his hands and the teaser is a nice sell.
