The raging in Kollywood over the past weekend is the plagiarism allegations that have been leveled against director A.R. Murugadoss regarding his upcoming film 'Sarkar'. The ace director has counter alleged that K.Bhagyaraj and the Writers Union have pronounced him guilty without reading his script or watching the movie. He has further alleged that the union is working in favor of the complainant Varun Rajendran who had claimed that the story is based on his 'Sengol' script.
Varalakshmi Sarathkumar who plays a pivotal role in 'Sarkar' has taken to twitter and has posted ""I stand with my director A.R. Murugadoss sir..the truth shall prevail..truth always wins..time will tell.."
'Sarkar' that has Thalapathy Vijay and Keerthy Suresh as the lead pair hits the screens worldwide in a record number of theaters on Diwali day the 6th of November.
