A.R. Murugadoss moved the Chennai High Court seeking anticipatory bail fearing arrest as there is a anti-national case lodged with the police and also accusations that he is misleading the people in the movie 'Sarkar'. It is now a known fact that the film had scenes of throwing freebies mixers and grinders to flames in which ARM himself appeared as one of the common men.
The case came up for hearing this afternoon and the judges have ordered the police to file their cases and not to arrest A. R. Murugadoss till November 27th when the hearing has been adjourned to.
Meanwhile MInister Kadambur Raju has announced that since the controversial scenes have been removed from 'Sarkar' and the film has been re-censored the problem is over from the ADMK side.
