Sarathkumar supports ADMK!

With the Lok Sabha elections for Tamil Nadu being scheduled on April 18 the parties of the state have finalized the election combinations and have announced their list of candidates and the respective constituencies. Actor Sarath Kumar had also made announcements on his participation in the election.
Sarathkumar had earlier said that his Samathuva Makkal Katchi party will not be joining any team, and will be contesting the Lok Sabha elections independently in all 40 constituencies. However as the party was not involved in receiving applications from the candidates or had initiated interviews for selection of candidates.
This had given an indication that Samathuva Makkal Katchi might not be contesting in elections, and in a recent interview Sarathkumar had said that a decision will be taken in the next meeting of the party on supporting ADMK. Following this, today the actor and Samathuva Makkal Katchi leader met Tamil Nadu chief minister Edappadi Palanisamy and extended his support to ADMK and it is expected that Sarathkumar will be campaigning across the state for ADMK.
