Veteran actor Sarathkumar who had been to Hyderabad for a shoot had tested positive for Coronavirus before two days, and this was made official by his wife, actress Radhika and daughter Varalaxmi. Now Sarathkumar has tweeted about his health condition.

Sarath has said that he's in good care and is getting better as he posted "By the grace of Almighty, the support of medical team at Apollo Hyd & all the prayers of family, friends, well wishers, colleagues from the industry, fans & my devoted brothers & sisters in SMK, I am in good care & getting better, soon I will resume my routine."

Sarathkumar also thanked Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi Palanisamy, Deputy CM O Panneer Selvam and health minister Vijayabaskar and tweeted "I thank @CMOTamilNadu @OfficeOfOPS @Vijayabaskarofl, the leaders of political parties & the media for their love & care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart."
