The Samathuva Makkal Katchi leader R. Sarathkumar met the TN Chief Minister, Edappadi Pazhaniswamy at his residence and speaking to newsmen later stated that it was a courtesy call and that his intention is for the ADMK to be united. He declined to comment on Kamal Haasan`s recent political tweets and also said that Rajini can come to politics if he wishes to as there is space for everyone.

The Supreme star welcomed Vijay`s statement to his fans, condemning them for abusing a female reporter on social media. Sarath is currently busy with Adangadhey` with G.V. Prakash Kumar and Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2`.
