Bollywood’s Nawab Saif Ali Khan has been doing the rounds in the news for the last few days for his wonderful performance in Netflix series ‘Sacred Games’. And guess what next is! His princess Sara Ali Khan who is all set to mark her debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ opposite to Sushant Singh Rajput and has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ opposite to Ranveer Singh in her kitty. And she has another interesting flick lined up and this time she will be seen sharing the screen with her dad!

Saif who has been in talks with director Nitin Kakkar for a film based on a slice-of-life relationship drama about a father and his daughter, has almost confirmed to play the role. According to a source, “It’s a comical, but poignant take on the friendship and the equation that exists between a baap and his beti. But it will have a message, too.” And they have further added,” Nitin has also approached Sara Ali Khan for the role of the daughter. This will probably be Saif and Sara’s first film together. Both of them have liked the story and have verbally given their nod. Now, the modalities and the dates need to be sorted out. Sara and Saif were Nitin’s first choices and the makers thought it would make for an interesting casting coup.”
