Actor Santhanam is known to be a religious person and he is an ardent devotee of lord Shiva as he has expressed the same in his interviews.

Today the comedian turned hero visited the Sri Sankara Mutt in Kanchipuram. He also met the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetadhipathi Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal, the chief seer of the mutt and obtained the seer's blessings

Santhanam has completed shooting for 'Dhillukku Dhuttu' and the shooting for 'Server Sundaram' is progressing rapidly. Santhanam is acting as the lead hero in both the films. The long delayed 'Vaaliba Raja' in which he has played a supporting character has released on Friday.
