Sri Thenandal Studios have announced that their next film after Vijay's 'Mersal' will have Santhanam in the lead and will be directed by M. Rajesh.

Santhanam has been the lucky mascot for director Rajesh right from his debut 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' which continued with super hits 'Boss Engira Baskaran' and 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi'. The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon for this exciting new untitled project.
