Actor Santhanam, who was last seen in the movie Dagaalty has a number of movies lined up, including director Kannan’s Biscoth. The actor had earlier acted as a comedian in Kannan's movies like Kanden Kadhalai, Settai, Jayam Kondaan. 

While it was earlier said that Santhanam will be seen playing a person working in a biscuit factory, and that he'll have three getups in the movie, it has been revealed that he will also be play a king in a portion of the film, which will be set in the 18th century.

As said by Kannan, the historic portions will come for 30 minutes and will be the highlight of the movie. Santhanam plays an 18th century king named Rajasimha, and the movie's heroines Tara Alisha Berry and Swathi Muppala will be seen as Santhanam’s queens. The movie will also have  Sowcar Janaki, Motta Rajendran, Anand Raj and Lollu Sabha Manohar in the period portion.
