A long time friend of Kamal returns in 'Thoongavanam'

Veteran director and actor Santhana Bharathi shares a long time friendship with Kamal Haasan and they have associated for in many films. Santhana Bharathi who directed a few films of Kamal including the classic Mahanadhi' started acting in his films in the later period.

Especially his performance in the climax of Anbe Sivam' with Kamal is a most memorable one.

Now Santhana Bharathi has confirmed that he has acted with Kamal after a long time in Thoongavanam'. The last film he was seen sharing screen space with the legendary star was in the 2009 thriller flick Unnaipol Oruvan'.
