Multi-lingual actress Sanjjanaa Galrani is in the news because she has contracted Covid-19. The 'Bujjigaadu' and 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' actress has said that her husband Dr. Azeez Pasha, who is a surgeon based in Bengaluru, has been lending her fullest moral and emotional support during her difficult phase.

Sanjjanaa was last year in judicial custody for 82 days in connection with the drugs case. Battling Covid-19 this year is a fresh challenge for her. Speaking in her latest interview, the 'Avunu 2' actress said that she is glad to have her hubby by her side during this phase.

Having adopted a new religion after her marriage, she is looking forward to celebrating Ramzan with fervour this time by reaching out to needy people.

She also said that she is doing films in Malayalam and Tamil.
